Marval O’Farrell Mairal advises in the acquisition of Marina Rio Lujan SA 50%

Marval advised the investor in the acquisition of 50% of the shares in Marina Rio Lujan SA, from GCDI SA. Marina Rio Lujan SA is a company dedicated to the development of the real estate project Venice Tigre, consisting of 31 hectares in the Tigre district on the Lujan River.

Marval acted as legal advisor to the purchaser and the team was led by partner Gabriel Matarasso, together with associates Carolina Fiuza and Juan Pablo Lentino.
