Marval O'Farrell Mairal advised Loma Negra on the creation of its Global Program of Negotiable Obligations

Loma Negra CIASA ("Loma Negra"), a leading Argentine cement producer and sales company, obtained approval for its Global Program for the Issuance of Non-Convertible Negotiable Obligations for a Nominal Value of up to USD 150,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies) (the “Program”).

The Program was approved by the Board of Directors of the Argentine Securities and Exchange Commission on May 7, 2020 and the conditions were lifted on May 8, 2020.
