Marval O’Farrell Mairal advised BNP Paribas Personal Finance on the sale of Banco Cetelem Argentina and Cetelem Gestión to Revolut

Marval O’Farrell Mairal advised BNP Paribas Personal Finance S.A., a member of the BNP Paribas group, on the sale to Revolut Holdings International Limited of 100 % of the share capital and voting rights of Banco Cetelem Argentina S.A. and Cetelem Gestión S.A.

The transaction, whose share purchase agreement had been executed previously and was subject to the prior approval of the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic, closed on October 30, 2026, following the receipt of the required regulatory approvals.
