Marval O’Farrell Mairal advised Banco Voii S.A. on the sale of 99.9388% of its share capital

Marval O’Farrell Mairal acted as legal advisor to Banco Voii S.A. in the sale of shares representing 99.9388% of the company’s share capital, for a total amount of USD 20 million. The share purchase agreement was executed on August 6, 2025. The closing of the transaction is subject to obtaining prior authorization from the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic, in accordance with the regulations applicable to transactions involving financial institutions in the country.
