Marval O’Farrell Mairal act as Counsel in InvGate's First Round of Investments

InvGate, a provider of software solutions to streamline and automate IT operations for companies and mid-size companies, received USD 35 million in an investment round led by Riverwood Capital, a global private equity firm focused on high-growth technology and tech-related ventures.

This investment will enable InvGate to strengthen its infrastructure, to further develop its business, and to accelerate the expansion of InvGate in the global market.

Marval O’Farrell Mairal's team advising Riverwood Capital was led by partner Hernán Slemenson, alongside associates Carolina Fiuza and Eleonora Hayzus.
