Marval O’Farrell Mairal advises on the issuance of the Waynimovil VIII Financial Trust

After advising on the 7th series, Marval O’Farrell Mairal acted as legal advisor on the issuance of the 8th series of the Waynimovil financial trust for an amount of ARS 2,055,397,384, under the Waynimovil Program, which securitizes 100% digital loans. The transaction took place on December 6, 2024, and included the issuance of trust debt securities Class A for a total of ARS 1,563,280,000, trust debt securities Class B for a total of ARS 390,837,289, and trust debt securities Class C for a total of ARS 101,280,095.

Waynicoin SA acted as settlor, trustee, administrator, and collection agent; BACS Banco de Credito y Securitizacion SA acted as trustee, arranger, and underwriter; Worcap SA acted as arranger; and Rosental SA, Banco de Servicios y Transacciones SA, Provincia Bursatil SA, and Adcap Securities Argentina SA, as underwriters. Under the same structure as the previous issuance, the securitized assets of Waynimovil VIII consist of 100% digital format granted loans represented by private instruments executed electronically.

The securities were authorized for public offering by the Argentine Securities Commission and are listed in Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos SA and Mercado Abierto Electronico SA.
