Marval O´Farrell Mairal advised on the issuance of the “Waynimóvil VI” Financial Trust.

After advising on the sixth series, Marval O’Farrell Mairal acted as legal advisor on the issuance of the seventh series of the “Waynimóvil” financial trust for an amount of ARS $ 2.318.929.106 , under the “Waynimóvil” Program that securitizes 100% digital loans. The transaction took place on October, 28th, 2024, and included the issuance of trust debt securities Class A for a total amount of ARS $ 1.166.268.299 trust debt securities Class B for a total amount of ARS $ 292.320.478, trust debt securities Class C for a total amount of ARS $ 75.340.329, and certificates of participation for a total amount of ARS $ 785.000.000.

Waynicoin S.A. acted as settlor, trustee, administrator, and Collection Agent; BACS Banco de Crédito y Securitización S.A. as trustee, arranger and underwriter, Worcap S.A. as arranger and Rosental S.A. and Banco de Servicios y Transacciones S.A., as underwriters. Under the same structure as the previous issuance, the securitized assets of Waynimóvil VII consists of 100% digital format granted loans represented by private instruments executed electronically.

The securities were authorized for public offering by the Argentine Securities and Exchange Commission and are listed in ‘Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A.’ and ‘Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A.’.
