Marval O’Farrell Mairal advises on the issuance of the “Waynimóvil VI” Financial Trust

After advising on the fifth series, Marval O’Farrell Mairal acted as legal advisor on the issuance of the sixth series of the “Waynimóvil” financial trust for an amount of ARS  1,459,562,223, under the “Waynimóvil” Program, which securitizes 100% digital loans. The transaction took place on August 12, 2024, and included the issuance of trust debt securities Class A for a total amount of ARS 814,377,842, trust debt securities Class B for a total of ARS 240,009,730, trust debt securities Class C for a total of ARS 55,174,651, and certificates of participation for a total of ARS 350,000,000.

Waynicoin SA acted as settlor, trustee, administrator, and collection agent. BACS Banco de Crédito y Securitización SA as trustee, arranger, and underwriter. Worcap SA acted as arranger, and StoneX Securities SA, as underwriter. Under the same structure as the previous issuance, the securitized assets of Waynimóvil VI consist of 100% digital format granted loans represented by private instruments electronically executed.

The securities were authorized for public offering by the Argentine Securities and Commission and are listed in Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos SA and Mercado Abierto Electronico SA.
