Marval O’Farrell Mairal advises on the issuance of the “Waynimóvil V” Financial Trust

After advising on the fourth series, Marval O’Farrell Mairal acted again as legal advisor on the issuance of the fifth series of the “Waynimóvil” financial trust for an amount of ARS  476,730,930, under the “Waynimóvil” Program, which securitizes 100% digital loans. The transaction took place on April, 30, 2024, and included the issuance of trust debt securities Class A for a total of ARS  371,698,921, trust debt securities Class B for a total of ARS 76,954,145, and trust debt securities Class C for a total of ARS 28,077,864.

Waynicoin SA acted as settlor, final trust beneficiary, administrator, and collection agent; BACS Banco de Crédito y Securitización SA acted as trustee, arranger, and underwriter; Worcap SA as arranger; and StoneX Securities SA as underwriter. Under the same structure as the previous issuance, the Waynimóvil V securitized assets consist of 100% digital loans represented by electronically executed private instruments.

The securities were authorized for public offering by the Argentine Securities and Exchange Commission and are listed in Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos SA and in Mercado Abierto Electrónico SA.
