Marval O´Farrell Mairal advised on the issuance of the “Waynimóvil IX” Financial Trust.

After advising on the eight series, Marval O’Farrell Mairal acted as legal advisor on the issuance of the nine series of the “Waynimóvil” financial trust for an amount of ARS  2,436,772,144, under the “Waynimóvil” Program that securitizes 100% digital loans. The transaction took place on February 10, 2025, and included the issuance of trust debt securities Class A for a total amount of ARS 1,852,333,810 trust debt securities Class B for a total amount of ARS 464,419,293, trust debt securities Class C for a total amount of ARS 120,019,041.

Waynicoin S.A. acted as settlor, trustee, administrator, and Collection Agent; BACS Banco de Crédito y Securitización S.A. as trustee, arranger and underwriter, Worcap S.A. as arranger and Rosental S.A., Banco de Servicios y Transacciones S.A., Provincia Bursátil S.A. and Adcap Securities Argentina S.A., as underwriters. Under the same structure as the previous issuance, the securitized assets of Waynimóvil IX consists of 100% digital format granted loans represented by private instruments executed electronically.

The securities were authorized for public offering by the Argentine Securities and Exchange Commission and are listed in ‘Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A.’ and ‘Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A.’.
