Marval O´Farrell Mairal advised on the issuance of the “Waynimóvil II” Financial Trust

After advising on the first series, Marval O’Farrell Mairal acted as legal advisor on the issuance of the second series of the “Waynimóvil” financial trust for an amount of ARS $ 153,440,685, under the “Waynimóvil” Program that securitizes 100% digital loans. The transaction took place on May 31^st, 2022 and included the issuance of trust debt securities Class A for a total amount of ARS $ 136,788,208 trust debt securities Class B for a total amount of ARS $ 13,084,089 and trust debt securities Class C for a total amount of ARS $ 3,568,388.

Waynicoin S.A. acted as settlor, administrator, and Collection Agent; BACS Banco de Crédito y Securitización S.A. as trustee, arranger and underwriter, and StoneX Securities. S.A., as underwriter. Under the same structure as the previous issuance, the securitized assets of Waynimóvil II consists of 100% digital format granted loans represented by private instruments executed electronically.

The securities were authorized for public offering by the Argentine Securities and Exchange Commission and are listed in Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. and Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A.
