Marval O’Farrell Mairal advised on the issuance of Voii 4 Financial Trust

Marval O’Farrell Mairal advised in the issuance of the 4th series of the Voii financial trust for an amount of ARS 3,800,000,000.

The transaction took place on December 20, 2024, and included the issuance of senior trust debt securities for a total of ARS 2,800,000,000 and trust debt Class B securities for a total of ARS 1,000,000,000.

Asociacion Mutual Union Solidaria acted as settlor, collection agent, and administrator; TMF Trust Company (Argentina) SA, as trustee; Banco Voii SA acted as arranger and placement agent; BACS Banco de Credito y Securitizacion SA, Banco de Servicios y Transacciones SA, and Banco Mariva SA acted as placement agents; and Banco CMF SA as a co-placement agent.

This transaction was authorized for public offering by the Argentine Securities Commission and is listed in Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos SA and Mercado Abierto Electronico SA.

The senior trust debt securities and trust debt Class B securities have been qualified by FIX SCR SA Risk Rating Agent as raAAA(sf) and raBB+(sf).
