Marval O’Farrell Mairal acted as legal advisor in the issuance of the third series of Voii financial trust for an amount of ARS 1,890,500,000.
The transaction took place on October 21, 2024, and included the issuance of Senior Trust Debt Securities for a total of ARS 1,393,000,000 and Trust Debt Class B Securities for a total of ARS 497,500,000.
Banco Voii SA acted as arranger, placement agent, collection agent, and settlor; Asociacion Mutual Union Solidaria acted as settlor, collection agent, and administrator; TMF Trust Company (Argentina) SA as trustee; BACS Banco de Credito y Securitizacion SA, Banco de Servicios y Transacciones SA, and Banco Mariva SA acted as placement agents; and Banco CMF SA as a co-placement agent.
