Marval O’Farrell Mairal advised on the issuance of “AMES XXVIII” 

Marval O’Farrel Mairal participated as legal advisor in the issuance of fiduciary securities corresponding to the “AMES XXVIII” Financial Trust, issued under the “Ames” Program, for a total amount of ARS $ 3,089,309,298. 

The issuance was made on April 30th, 2026 and included Trust Debt Class A Securities for a total amount of ARS $ 1,400,000,000, Trust Debt Class B Securities for a total amount of ARS $ 150,000,000, and Certificates of Participation for a total amount of ARS $ 15,39,309,298. Asociación Mutual de la Economía Solidaria acted as Settlor and Information Agent; TMF Trust Company (Argentina) S.A. acted as Trustee; and Banco Mariva S.A. acted as Arranger and Underwriter. 

The transaction was authorized for public offering by the Argentine Securities and Exchange Commission on April 27th, 2026, and is traded on A3 Mercados S.A. and listed on ‘Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A.’ and ‘A3 Mercados S.A.’. 

The Trust Debt Class A Securities, Trust Debt Class B Securities, and the Certificates of Participation have been qualified by Moody’s Local AR Agente de Calificación de Riesgo S.A. as “AAA.ar(sf)”, “AA+.ar(sf)”, and “CCC-.ar(sf)”, respectively. 

Marval O’Farrell Mairal acted as legal advisor of the transaction, through a team led by Partners Juan Diehl Moreno and Sergio Tálamo, together with Associates Lautaro Penza, Pedro María Azumendi and Felicitas María Bereterbide. The Trustee was advised by a team composed by associate Martín I. Lanus.
