Marval O’Farrell Mairal advises on the issuance of “AMES XXIV” Financial Trust

Marval O’Farrell Mairal participated as legal advisor in the issuance of fiduciary securities corresponding to the “AMES XXIV” Financial Trust, issued under the “Ames” Program, for a total amount of ARS 587,679,986.

The issuance took place on June 14, 2024, and included Trust Debt Class A Securities for a total of ARS 350,000,000, Trust Debt Class B Securities for a total of ARS  26,000,000, and Certificates of Participation for a total of ARS 211,679,986. Asociacion Mutual de la Economía Solidaria acted as settlor and information agent. TMF Trust Company (Argentina) SA acted as trustee, and Banco Mariva SA as arranger and underwriter.

The transaction was authorized for public offering by the Argentine Securities Commission on June 7, 2024, and is listed in Mercado Abierto Electronico SA and Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos SA.

The Trust Debt Class A Securities, Trust Debt Class B Securities, and the Certificates of Participation have been qualified by Moody’s Local AR Agente de Calificacion de Riesgo SA as “AAA.ar(sf),” “AA.ar (sf),” and “CC.ar (sf)” respectively.

Marval O’Farrell Mairal acted as sole legal advisor for the transaction through a team led by partner Sergio Talamo, together with associates Agustin Alejo Centurion and Lautaro Penza. Associates Martin I. Lanus and Juan Francisco Vignati Otamendi advised the trustee.
