Marval O’Farrell Mairal advises on the issuance of “AMES XXIII” Financial Trust

Marval O’Farrel Mairal acted as legal advisor in the issuance of fiduciary securities corresponding to the “AMES XXIII” Financial Trust, issued under the “Ames” Program, for a total of ARS 296,570,643.

The issuance took place on June 16, 2023, and included Trust Debt Class A Securities for a total of ARS 155,737,752 and certificates of participation for a total of ARS 140,832,891. Asociación Mutual de la Economía Solidaria acted as settlor and Information Agent, TMF Trust Company (Argentina) SA acted as trustee, and Banco Mariva SA as arranger and underwriter.

The transaction was authorized for public offering by the Argentine Securities  Commission on June 9, 2023, and is listed in Mercado Abierto Electronico SA and Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos SA.

The Trust Debt Class A Securities and the certificates of participation have been qualified by Moody’s Local AR Agente de Calificación de Riesgo SA as AA+.ar(sf) and B.ar(sf) respectively.

Marval O’Farrell Mairal acted as the sole legal advisor for the transaction through a team led by partner Sergio Tálamo, along with associate Lautaro Penza. The trustee was advised by a team led by the partner Roberto E. Silva, along with associates Martín I. Lanus and Juan Francisco Vignati Otamendi.
