Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal advises TGS on debt restructuring

Transportadora de Gas del Sur S.A. launched its debt restructuring process as of February 24, 2002. TGS shall attempt to enter into an Acuerdo Preventivo Extrajudicial with its creditors under the provisions of Argentine Bankruptcy Law No 24,522, as amended on May 2002 by Law No 25,589.
