Marval Recognized Again Among the Leading Intellectual Property Firms by IP Stars Americas 2026

Marval O'Farrell Mairal has once again been recognized by IP Stars Americas 2026, one of the most prestigious international rankings in the field of intellectual property, reinforcing the firm's position among the leading IP practices in the region.

In this edition, Marval achieved the highest ranking (Tier 1) in both the Trade Mark and Patent categories, while also being recognized in Copyright & Related Rights, reflecting the experience, expertise, and commitment of the firm's Intellectual Property team.

The ranking also recognized several of the firm's professionals for their individual achievements. Partners Gustavo Giay, Sergio M. Ellmann, Juan M. López Mañán, and Martín Chajchir, together with consultant Iris V. Quadrio, were named Trade Mark Stars.
