Marval Advises in the Creation of the “Red Mutual 72” Financial Trust

Marval acted as legal advisor in the creation of the “Red Mutual 72” financial trust, where Asociacion Mutual Union Solidaria (settlor and administrator), TMF Trust Company (Argentina) SA (trustee), Banco Voii SA and BACS Banco de Credito y Securitizacion (arrangers and underwriters), and Banco de Servicios y Transacciones SA and Banco Mariva SA (underwriters) securitized personal loans for ARS 726,730,000 under the Global Program of Red Mutual Financial Trust. The issuance of trust debt securities senior amounted to ARS 508,711,000; the trust debt securities class B amounted to ARS 130,811,400; and the certificates of participation, to ARS 87,207,600. The issuance took place on June 28, 2024.

This transaction was authorized for public offering by the Argentine Securities Commission (CNV) June 24, 2024, and is listed in Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos SA and Mercado Abierto Electronico SA.

Marval acted as advisor of the transaction through a team led by partner Sergio Talamo, together with associates Martin I. Lanus, Francisco Vignati Otamendi, and Lautaro Penza.
