Marval Advises in the Creation of the “Red Mutual 71” Financial Trust

Marval acted as legal advisor in the creation of the “Red Mutual 71” financial trust, where Asociación Mutual Unión Solidaria (settlor and administrator), TMF Trust Company (Argentina) SA (trustee), Banco Voii SA and BACS Banco de Crédito y Securitización (arrangers and underwriters), and Banco de Servicios y Transacciones SA and Banco Mariva SA (underwriters) securitized personal loans for ARS 1,428,082,938 under the Global Program of Red Mutual Financial Trust. The issuance of trust debt securities senior amounted to ARS 999,658,100; the trust debt securities class B amounted to ARS 257,054,900; and the certificates of participation, to ARS 171,369,938. The issuance took place on January 18, 2024.

This transaction was authorized for public offering by the Argentine Securities Commission (CNV) on January 5, 2024, and is listed in Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos SA and in Mercado Abierto Electrónico SA.

Marval acted as advisor of the transaction through a team led by partner Sergio Tálamo, together with associates Martín I. Lanús, Francisco Vignati Otamendi, and Lautaro Penza.
