Marval Advises in the Creation of the “Red Mutual 70” Financial Trust

Marval acted as legal advisor in the  creation of the “Red Mutual 70” financial trust, where Asociación Mutual Unión Solidaria (settlor and administrator); TMF Trust Company (Argentina) SA (trustee); Banco Voii SA and BACS Banco de Crédito y Securitización (arrangers and underwriters); and Banco de Servicios y Transacciones SA and Banco Mariva SA (underwriters) securitized personal loans for ARS 715,000,000 under the Global Program of Red Mutual Financial Trust. The issuance of trust debt securities senior amounted to ARS 500,500,000; the trust debt securities class B amounted to ARS 128,700,000; and the certificates of participation, to ARS 85,800,000. The issuance took place on September 22, 2023.

This transaction was authorized for public offering by the Argentine Securities Commission (CNV) on September 14, 2023, and is listed in Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos SA and Mercado Abierto Electrónico SA.

Marval acted as advisor of the settlor and the administrator, the arrangers, and the underwriters through a team led by partner Sergio Tálamo, together with associate Lautaro Penza; and as legal advisor of the trustee through a team led by partner Roberto E. Silva (Jr.), together with associates Martín I. Lanús and Francisco Vignati Otamendi.
