Marval Advised on the Extension of the RED MUTUAL Program

Marval advised in the amount extension of the RED MUTUAL Program for the issuance of securities for a total amount of USD 50,000,000. This transaction was authorized by the Board of Directors of the Argentine Securities Commission on May 17, 2023. The Financial Trust Management lifted the conditions for the authorization on May 30, 2023.

Asociación Mutual Unión Solidaria acted as Settlor, TMF Trust Company (Argentina) SA acted as Trustee, and Banco Voii SA as Arranger.

Marval O’Farrell Mairal acted as legal advisor for the Settlor and the Arranger through a team led by partner Sergio Tálamo, together with associates Carmen Del Pino and Agustin A.
