Marval advised Nike on the commercial restructuring of its business in Argentina

Marval advised Nike on the signing of the share purchase agreement of its Argentine subsidiary as well as the negotiation of the commercial agreements for the distribution of Nike’s products in Argentina through Regency Group, which is Nike’s current business partner in other LATAM countries.

Nike was also advised by the US law firm Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and the global investment bank Goldman Sachs. Marval O'Farrell Mairal’s team was led by partner Pablo Artagaveytia, assisted by associates María Virginia Canzonieri and María Agustina Testa.
