Marval advised Lamb Weston International B.V.

Marval acted as legal advisor to Lamb Weston International B.V. in the purchase of the remaining 10% of the shares that Sociedad Comercial del Plata (SCP) held in Lamb Weston Alimentos Modernos SA, a company involved in the production, export and distribution of frozen potato products in Argentina and other South American countries.

The Marval team was led by partner Bárbara Ramperti and associates Agustina María Giordano, Mariángeles Sanz, Martina Pagani and María de las Mercedes Lamela Mitsumori.
