Marval advised Iochpe-Maxion on the acquisition of a 50.1% stake in Polimetal

Marval acted as legal counsel to Iochpe-Maxion Group in the structuring and implementation of the agreements for the acquisition of a 50.1% stake in Polimetal S.A., Argentina’s leading manufacturer of aluminum wheels for the automotive industry. Iochpe-Maxion is one of the world’s largest producers of automotive wheels, and this transaction —focused on bringing its know-how, technological innovation, efficiency, sustainability, and global experience into Polimetal— represents a strategic alliance aimed at enhancing technological capabilities and strengthening regional positioning the group across Mercosur.
