Marval advised Cargill on the renegotiation of its concession agreement at the Port of Bahía Blanca

The Public Law Department of Marval O'Farrell Mairal advised Cargill S.A.C.I. (Cargill) in negotiating a concession agreement addendum with “Consorcio de Gestión del Puerto de Bahía Blanca” (Bahía Blanca Port Authority), which provided for 15-year extension of the concession, as part of an important productive project for the region.

Under the addendum, Cargill committed to make significant investments within and beyond the Bahía Blanca Port Authority’s area, to improve the operational capacity of the cereal terminal located at Ingeniero White Port and to enhance the reception of cargo of the Bahía Blanca's tributary areas.
