Marval advised Air Drilling Associates in the sale of its operations in Argentina to DLS Archer

Marval advised Air Drilling Associates (ADA) in the sale of its operations in Argentina to DLS Archer, another player of the energy sector which provides drilling services. ADA is one of the largest management pressure drilling services providers and a world leader in this technology, with a strong presence in the Vaca Muerta basin.

The Marval team was led by partner Agustina Ranieri, along with associates Valentina Kainarsky, Gabriela Vidart Egaña, Felipe Fernández and Luciana Virgile.
