Marval advises Web.com Group Inc in the quota purchase agreement of Dattatec.com
Marval, O'Farrell & Mairal advised Web.com Group Inc. in a quota purchase agreement to sell 100% of the quotas of Dattatec.com SRL to Messrs. Guillermo Pablo Tornatore and Verónica Palmira Irazoqui.
In addition, several agreements were entered into pursuant to which (i) Dattatec, Web.com and the buyers entered into a Transitional Services Agreement, and (ii) Dattatec and Web.com entered into a Wholesale Agreement.
The transaction was closed on May 3, 2019, and it involved the sale of “Donweb.com”, a leading web hosting and domain registration company in Latin America.
