Marval advises investor group in the acquisition of Quality Invest SA 50% and its sale and association with Grupo ECIPSA

Marval advised an investor group in an acquisition transaction with Grupo IRSA, which sold 50% of its shares in Qualitu Invest SA to it, and its subsequent sale of these shares to Grupo ECIPSA. The transaction also involved the contracting of ECIPSA as developer of a real estate project in a 15.9-hectare area in San Martin, Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina, owned by Quality Invest SA.

Marval acted as legal advisor to the investor group and its team was led by partner Gabriel Matarasso, together with associates Carolina Fiuza and Teodoro Maria Rodriguez Cáceres.
