Marval advises NowVertical on cross-border financing transaction with HSBC UK Bank PLC

Marval O’Farrell Mairal acted as Argentine legal counsel to NowVertical Group Inc. (TSXV: NOW)—a leading data and AI solutions provider—in connection with a cross-border financing transaction for an aggregate amount of up to USD 26 million, granted by HSBC UK Bank PLC.

This financing forms part of NowVertical’s strategy to optimize its capital structure, consolidate existing indebtedness, and expand its financial flexibility to support both organic growth and strategic acquisitions worldwide.

Marval’s work focused on the Argentine legal aspects of the transaction, including the structuring and implementation of local security interests, in coordination with NowVertical’s global legal and financial teams.
