Brands and Fashion
Gustavo P. Giay participated as speaker at the “Brands and Fashion” Conference organized by the International Trademark Association (INTA) in the city of New York, U.S., March 22-23, 2017. The session title was “Emerging Retail Trends”, and in his presentation he spoke about data protection issues in Latin America, the impact of the EU General Data Protection Regulation which will enter into force in Europe in 2018, and how different data protection legislation may impact on omni channel retail marketing strategies in the region.
