Well-Known Marks

On September 20, 2007 Iris V Quadrio participated as a speaker in the roundtable on "Protection of Well-Known Marks" held at the JW Marriott, Mexico City and jointly sponsored by the International Trademark Association and the Mexican law firm Basham, Ringe & Correa. On behalf of INTA and as Chair of the Dilution & Well-Known Marks Latin America & Caribbean Subcommittee, she presented the guidelines developed by INTA for Registries of Well-Known marks.
