Trademarks - Anticounterfeiting

Gustavo P. Giay participated in the “Advanced Anticounterfeiting Strategies” Conference organized by the International Trademark Association (INTA) on December 3-4, 2012, in Istanbul, Turkey. He gave presentations in the panel sessions on “Building an Anticounterfeiting Case: Turning a lead into a defendant”, and on “Anticounterfeiting Policy Issues and Developments”, at which -as chair of INTA’s Anticounterfeiting Committee- he presented the activities of this committee to address anticounterfeiting policy issues around the world.
