Gustavo Giay participated as moderator in the panel “Live Mock Negotiation: The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly–It Is All About Perspective” at the Leadership Meeting of the International Trademark Association (INTA), held in the city of Hollywood, Miami, on November 16-18, 2016. At the conference, he also chaired the meeting of the INTA’s Global Advisory Council of Latin America, and as a former INTA Board member, he was invited as a guest speaker at the Incoming New Members Orientation meeting.
Martín Chajchir gave a presentation on Trademarks and Mediation at the webcast “Developing IP Mediation in Different Cultures: A Dialogue Between Neutrals from Latin America and the EU” organized by the International Trademark Association (INTA) on November 9, 2016.
