Gustavo Giay attended the International Trademark Association (INTA) Conference, which was held in Phoenix, Arizona, on November 11-15, 2014. He participated in the meeting of the Association’s Board, and was reelected as a member of its Executive Committee for 2015. He also led the meeting of the Global Advisory Council of Latin America as a co-chair of this committee, which brings together all chairs of the regional committees and subcommittees. Finally, he participated as speaker in the panel “Deception by any other name: Overlap and Divergence in Trademarks and False Advertising.”
