Trademarks

Iris V. Quadrio participated in the 20th Annual Industrial Property Meeting organized by the Argentine Association of Industrial Property Agents, held at the Four Seasons Hotel, Buenos Aires, from August 23 to 25, 2006. She was a panelist in the session entitled: "Marca: Se nace... o se hace? (“Are trademarks originally born as such or made through use?”). A debate on trademark inherent and acquired distinctiveness and its impact on the protection of non-traditional marks”.
