Enrique M. Stile participated in the annual meetings of the Employee Benefits and Pensions Practice Group Meeting and of the Labor and Employment Practice Group, both from Lex Mundi and gave presentations at the panel on “Recent Governmental and Corporate Actions to Limit Executive Bonus and Compensation and the Consequences”, and at the panel on “Practical Concerns that Every Corporate Counsel Should Consider When the Company Moves Executives around the World”, that were held in the city of New York on April 22 and 23, 2010, respectively.
