Money laundering

On April 7, 2011 a lawyers’ meeting for the debate on the scope of Resolution 39 of the Financial Information Unit was organized by the Legal Division of IDEA (Instituto para el Desarrollo Empresarial de la Argentina). At this meeting, Sebastián A. Soler, a specialist in this area, gave a presentation; Jorge O. Cappellini, a member of the Legal Division and Director of IDEA, also attended the meeting.
