Martín Bensadon, Sergio Ellmann and Horacio García Prieto had an active participation in this seminar organized by the University of Buenos Aires Law School, the University of Córdoba, the Oficina de Armonización del Mercado Interior (OAMI) and Facultad Latinoamericana de Ciencias Sociales (FLACSO) on October 4-5, 2004. Sergio Ellmann gave a presentation on “Trademarks uses on Internet: types and disputes”; Martín Bensadon and Horacio García Prieto gave a presentation on “Patentability of discoveries” and on “Border measures”, respectively.
