Industrial Property Work Meetings – Book presentation

Sergio M Ellmann, President of the Argentine Association of Industrial Property Agents (Asociación Argentina de Agentes de la Propiedad Industrial), opened and closed the Industrial Property Work Meetings of this Association held on August 28 and 29, 2008. In these meetings Martín Bensadon and Cristián Bittel were members of the panel on “Determination of patent infringement” and Gustavo P Giay was a member of the panel on “Anti-counterfeiting: Strategies to fight falsifications”.

At these meetings the presentation of the book “Medidas cautelares en materia de patentes de invención según la Ley 25.859 y el Acuerdo ADPIC” took place. This book contains the presentations given by Héctor A Mairal and Martín Bensadon, among others, at the Colloquium on Precautionary Measures in Patents organized by the Association in 2007.
