AAAPI Annual Meeting

María Luisa Santa María, Gloria Montarón Estrada, Ignacio Sánchez Echagüe and Mariano J. Peruzzotti were speakers at the XXVII Annual Meeting on Industrial Property hosted by the Argentine Association of Industrial Property Agents in the Four Seasons Hotel (Buenos Aires), on August 15-16, 2013. Ignacio Sánchez Echagüe gave a presentation on the “Apple vs. Samsung” case. Mariano Peruzzotti lectured on “Enforcement of Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights in the Digital Context”. Gloria Montarón Estrada chaired the panel on “Protection of Agro-biotechnological Innovations” and María Luisa Santa María presented the conclusions of the working breakfasts at the meeting on “Refusal of Trademark Applications as a Result of Examinations on Formal and Absolute Grounds.”
