Annual Meeting on Industrial Property

Martín Bensadon, Cristian Bittel, Juan López Mañán and Carol O’Donnell were speakers at the XXVI Annual Meeting on Industrial Property hosted on August 30-31, 2012 by the Argentine Association of Industrial Property Agents in the Four Seasons Hotel (Buenos Aires). Martín Bensadon and Cristian Bittel gave a presentation on “New guidelines for the examination of pharmaceutical patents”. Juan López Mañán spoke about “The determination of the descriptive or deceptive nature of a trademark”. Carol O’Donnell lectured on “Trade dress and non-traditional trademarks.
