Antidumping investigations
On April 15, 2009 Marval, O'Farrell & Mairal organized a Seminar on Antidumping Investigations, presented by Patricia Lopez Aufranc and Gustavo L Morales Oliver, and coordinated by Li Yii Kuo.
The seminar was co-sponsored by the Argentine-Chinese Chamber of Production, Industry and Commerce, and the Argentine Chamber for Asia-Pacific. Businessmen and professionals of foreign trade companies, some of which have difficulties with the imports from China, Indonesia and Pakistan, among others, attended the event.
