Santiago R. O'Conor participated as Moderator of the Panel: "Latin America Update: Stronger IP Protection in a Changing World" which took place during the 131st Annual Meeting of the International Trademark Association (INTA) in Seattle, U.S.A. , on May 16-20, 2009. He also had an active participation in the following INTA Committees, as member: Programs Committee; Organization Committees of the 2009-Seattle Annual Meeting as well as the 2010-Boston Annual Meeting; Trademarks Administrators Conference, of which he is liaison of the Programs Committee, and which shall take place in Chicago, in the month of September, 2009, and in charge of the joint INTA/ASIPI (Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property) which is foreseen to take place in New York city in March, 2011.
