Iris V. Quadrio moderated the session “Trademark Litigation in the International Arena – The Best of Each System”, and Martín Chajchir gave a presentation on “Mandatory Mediation” at the panel “Mediation Under the Spotlight: What You Need to Know and More” at the Annual Meeting of the International Trademark Association (INTA) held in Dallas, Texas, on May 3-8, 2013. Iris V. Quadrio also attended INTA’s Leadership Committee meeting, as chair of the Marketing and Communications Project Team.
