Alfredo M O’Farrell co-chaired the panel on “Financing the private company-- equity and debt capital” at the meeting on Challenges of Private Growth oriented companies organized by the International Bar Association in Montevideo, Uruguay, on May 31-June, 1, 2007. In this meeting Alejandro D Fiuza was a member of the panel on “The outside investor - a help or a hindrance”.
