Sergio M Ellmann, Martín Bensadon and Iván Poli participated in the AIPPI Forum & Exco which took place on October 11-14, 2009 in Buenos Aires. In the ExCo, Sergio Ellmann presided the general session for the resolution on Question 208 ("Border mesures and other means of custom intervention against infringers"). In the Forum, Martín Bensadon moderated the panel on “IP and the global financial crisis – risks and opportunities” (Session XI). Iván Poli moderated the panel on “Criteria for design protection in different jurisdictions” (Session VI).
