Doing Business in the United States

Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal organized together with Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP, a working breakfast on "Doing Business in the United States”, where Sergio Ellmann, Diego Krischcautzky and Diego Fernández introduced the presentations given by Marc Lieberstein, Greg Cinnamon and Ray Aghaian. In particular, Sergio Ellmann participated in the panel “Business Relationships in the USA: Licensing, Co-Branding, Joint Ventures or Franchise?”, Diego Krischcautzky participated in the panel “Cross-Border Transactions: Tax Considerations and Corporate Structures” and Diego Fernández in the panel “Cybersecurity and Data Protection”.
