Jorge Pérez Delgado gave a seminar on the duties of judges in court proceedings, with special emphasis on drafting of rulings, in one of the courses organized by the Judicial School of the Consejo de la Magistratura de la Nación. Those who pass the seminar obtain credits to participate in the national and federal judge designation process.
