Counterfeiting

Miguel B. O’Farrell gave a presentation on “Legal Framework for New Initiatives to Combat Brand Counterfeiting and Intellectual Property Rights” at the Seminar on Argentine Foreign Trade Performance and Strategies for Customs Control held in Buenos Aires on December 14, 2006.

Gustavo P Giay participated as speaker at the V International Seminar on Piracy that took place in Montevideo, Uruguay, on November 31 and December 1, 2006. The Seminar was organized by the Ministry of Interior of Uruguay, and the panel in which Dr Giay participated was "Trademark piracy in other countries".
